Course Details:
- Eligible Courses: BLS, ACLS, or PALS
- Online Course Status: You’ve already purchased and successfully completed the online portion.
- Skills Testing Duration: 1 hour (conducted at one of our CPR testing locations).
- Description: Hands-on skills evaluation for BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
What You’ll Receive
- Certification: Official American Heart Association® BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification card.
- Timing: Your certification card will be issued immediately after class.

- Testing Availability: Monday through Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement)
The American Heart AssociationⒸ and Safety Training Seminars now offer RQI skills testing in Bakersfield for BLS, ACLS, and PALS providers. Students will complete their skills test using a VAM (voice-assisted manikin). During the hands-on testing, an instructor won’t need to be present—the manikin and computer will guide you step by step through the process.
This course is available for both initial certification and renewals.

- No Local Contact Information: Be cautious of companies without a local phone number—they might not be trustworthy.
- False Accreditation Claims: Some sites falsely advertise American Heart Association (AHA) compliance. Don’t fall for it.
- Negative Reviews: A pattern of bad reviews is another signal to look out for.

We don’t offer refunds after your purchase. However, you can reschedule your course at any time by paying a $30 rescheduling fee per change.
To save money, we highly recommend opting for our $10 Reschedule Insurance. This allows unlimited reschedules at no additional cost. For example, if you reschedule three times, you’d pay $90 without insurance—but just $10 total with it.
